Lee and Nancy came to Florida from Midland, Michigan with their two beautiful daughters. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, camping, and watching their grandson grow. They began managing communities in 2006 and have been part of the Rickert Properties team since 2015.

Jodi Susco the Regional Operations Manager is originally from Minnesota and has been with Rickert Properties for over 18 years. Jodi loves to read books, spend time with family & friends, and cares for the resident’s furry friends by carrying treats in her golf cart! We are happy to have Jodi aboard our Rickert Properties team as she does an exceptional job in keeping the community looking fantastic.
