Mark Joyce – General Manager

Mark Joyce serves as the General Manager of Tropical Harbor bringing over 12 years of experience in the Manufactured Home industry. Originally from the UK, Mark and his wife moved to the United States 35 years ago and have called the Sebring area home since 2013.
 
Mark began his career as a community manager at Reflections on Silver Lake in Avon Park and steadily advanced, overseeing daily operations, maintenance, new home orders, and sales for Legacy Communities. Most recently, he played a key role in the rebuilding of a 470-home community in Fort Myers that was devastated by Hurricane Ian in 2022.
 
With a strong passion for community development and resident engagement, Mark is excited to be part of the Tropical Harbor team and looks forward to getting to know all the residents.

Daria Valerio, Administrative Assistant

Born and raised in Greater Boston, Daria loved city life, neighborhood charm, and community until 2021, when she moved with her family to sunny Florida for better weather and opportunities. With a lifelong hearing impairment and strong faith, she believes challenges foster resilience and compassion. With over 20 years in retail, food, and customer service, she values genuine connections. She’s a proud wife of over 16 years, mother of two, and pet owner. She enjoys visiting Disney World and watching documentaries in her free time. 

Daria joined Tropical Harbor in November 2023 as an Administrative Assistant, enjoying helping the community grow and assisting residents however she can.

Patricia Kusiak, Administrative Assistant

Patricia Kusiak has proudly called Lake Placid home for the past six months and is thoroughly enjoying the sunshine and vibrant lifestyle that Florida has to offer.
With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, Patricia has expertly managed all aspects of title work, inventory control, and billing for both new and used vehicle sales. Her extensive background has equipped her with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of complex administrative processes.

As a commissioned Notary, Patricia brings accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism to every transaction she handles. Her proven ability to manage documentation and streamline operations makes her a valuable asset to the home sales team at Tropical Harbor.

Patricia’s dedication, experience, and commitment to excellence ensure clients receive knowledgeable and dependable service every step of the way.

Jodi Susco, Regional Operations Manager

Jodi Susco the Regional Operations Manager is originally from Minnesota and has been with Rickert Properties for over 19 years. Jodi loves to read books, spend time with family & friends, and cares for the resident’s furry friends by carrying treats in her golf cart! We are happy to have Jodi aboard our Rickert Properties team as she does an exceptional job in keeping the community looking fantastic.
